Terms & Conditions

Standard manufacturing leads are 4-6 weeks unless expedited. All industrial orders are subject to technical feasibility review. We provide a limited warranty against structural failure for 24 months under normal operating conditions. Force Majeure applies to supply chain disruptions.

Refund/Return

Due to the bespoke nature of industrial manufacturing, returns are only processed if the finished product deviates from the signed CAD specifications. Defective units will be replaced at no cost within 15 days of notification. Deposit refunds are subject to raw material procurement costs.
